- On-site reservations
Payment Options:

Full or partial payment may be required to confirm certain bookings. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Our policy is as follows:
- Refunds: Offered in case of cancellations made with reasonable notice or due to weather or operational issues.
- Rescheduling: Guests may request a new date without penalty if informed in advance.
- No-shows: Failure to arrive without notice may result in no refund.
Tour Guide Ceylon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to safety concerns, weather, or operational reasons. In such cases, a refund or alternative date will be offered.
4. Age & Participation Requirements
✅ Minimum age for the following adventure activities:
- White-water rafting: 12+ years
- Canyoning: 12+ years
- Ziplining: 12+ years
- Abseiling: 12+ years
✅ Activities suitable for below 12 years (with supervision):
- Flat water rafting
- Forest trekking
Guests must provide accurate information about age and health conditions when making a booking.
5. Safety & Waivers
Safety is our top priority.
- All participants must follow the instructions of guides at all times.
- A signed waiver and disclaimer is mandatory before joining any activity.
- Guests must disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations prior to participation.
Tour Guide Ceylon is not responsible for injuries or accidents resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines.
6. Health & Fitness
Participants should be in reasonable physical condition suitable for their chosen activity. We may refuse participation if someone is deemed unfit or poses a safety risk to themselves or others.
7. Liability & Assumption of Risk
Adventure activities like rafting, canyoning, ziplining, and trekking carry inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Tour Guide Ceylon, its employees, and affiliates will not be held liable for:
- Personal injury
- Loss of belongings
- Delays or disruptions caused by natural events
Guests are responsible for their personal safety and belongings at all times.
8. Weather & Natural Conditions
Activities may be delayed, modified, or canceled due to:
- Heavy rain
- Floods
- High river levels
- Landslides
- Other safety hazards
In such cases, a refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
9. Conduct & Responsibility
We reserve the right to deny service or remove participants who:
- Are intoxicated
- Behave aggressively or irresponsibly
- Ignore guide instructions
- Endanger others
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
10. Changes to Terms
Tour Guide Ceylon may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the latest version.
